All the private parties/suppliers/contractors whose names are not yet included in IICT’s database for RTGS/NEFT payments, may kindly download this NEFT proforma and forward the same to Finance & Accounts Wing on their company’s letter head with authorised signture, seal and stamp and also get it attested with the Banker with seal and stamp.
