Reaction Engineering

Overview

Process Automation & Reaction Engineering team is catering the needs of Institutes Process development projects for both in-house and Industrial clients. Working with multi-disciplinary teams for R&D; projects in the area of Process Automation and Instrumentation Design bench scale, Pilot plants & commercial plants. Establishment of Bench Scale experimental units procured for specific R & D purpose provided with solutions in the design of process measurement and automation systems.

This Division coordinates with the users to carry out their reactions for optimizing the process conditions & process demonstration to the clients. Working in close coordination with various divisions of CSIR-IICT in the area of Process Automation and Instrumentation system designs right from process flow diagrams, piping and Instrumentation diagrams, design specification preparation of technical documentations, procurement, installation, commissioning of the total system.
